Two types of seats in the same cabin offering varying degrees of comfort. Bizarrely seats in row three
are lie flat and all the others only recline to very uncomfortable angles and not conducive to sleep.
Turkish needs to offer passengers the same lie-flat experience throughout the cabin, and offer them a
degree of privacy with dividers between seats.

The seats were not good, the footrest has a tendency to go down if you want to put your feet on it. I
must admit there are many better seats available nowadays.

I am not entirely sure about the cabins, and felt a touch claustrophobic, but the seat was extremely
comfortable and the amenities fine. Plenty of space and a fine screen to watch their good IFE selection.

The seats on this plane are awful , they in no way allow anyone to sleep. How they get a
star alliance membership is beyond me

The new seats are okay on the reclined position but otherwise they are the hardest and most uncomfortable
seats I have ever experienced. With all the full lie flat seats offered by the competition, it is a real
pity that Turkish has opted for the angled version.

For what is supposed to be good quality business class, this is poor! The seats are angled, and you slide
down in full recline, and very little space to store things around you. The seat does not offer true
privateness from customer in seat next to you. A very poor airline partner for Star Alliance standards,
and recommend against this airline for long haul.

Seating on the 340 is 2x2x2. Seats are quite wide but angle of foot rests and seat recline makes it
impossible to sleep. Product old style and needs an upgrade to compete with the lie flats.
